What to expect?

Warm-Up:
Step onto your mat and into a world of intentional movement. Our sessions commence with a thorough warm-up that not only readies your body for the practice ahead but also allows you to ground yourself in the present moment.

Pranayama (Breathwork):
Incorporating the power of breath, we delve into pranayama exercises. Learn to synchronize your breath with movement, fostering a deep mind-body connection and setting the stage for a transformative practice.

Power Yoga Flow:
The class takes you through a dynamic flow of postures. This sequence is crafted to enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance while promoting a sense of mindfulness throughout. The flow is designed to be inclusive and adaptive. Whether you’re a beginner exploring the foundations of yoga or an advanced practitioner seeking a dynamic challenge, the class offers modifications and variations. Stretching:

End Relaxation:

The class is conducted in English. Whether you’re a native English speaker or have a proficiency in the language, you’ll feel comfortable and engaged throughout the class.

That’s why the comforting embrace of Child Pose is always available. If at any point you feel overwhelmed or simply need a moment of rest, Child Pose provides a sanctuary within the practice. It’s a grounding posture that allows you to reconnect with your breath, find stillness, and recharge, ensuring that your practice remains a positive and empowering experience.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing, and bring a water bottle. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Absolutely! The class offers modifications and guidance suitable for beginners, making the practice accessible to all.

You can buy your ticket online with a bank card, or pay with cash at the studio.
