AYURVEDIC YOGA IN ENGLISH
Ayurveda is the art of daily living in harmony with the laws of nature. The main aims of this science are to maintain health and to bring back balance into our life. In this class we systematically work on the body and the mind to release all the tension starting with the exercise on the joints, asanas, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation. There is special attention on the selection of the techniques that correlate the current season, time of the day and the external circumstances.
