„A jógában az a lényeg, hogy szabadok vagyunk, szabadok mindenféle félelemtől, szorongástól. És ebben a szabadságban megtalálhatjuk a valódi boldogságot.” – Donna Farhi

Hello, I'm very glad you're here! ☺️

Allow me to share my own journey to yoga, which perhaps started similarly to yours.

My first encounter with the world of yoga was far from love at first sight. I remember trying it out purely out of curiosity, fidgeting in every pose, my thoughts racing, and I couldn’t find that inner peace that everyone seemed to effortlessly possess. It made me even more tense because I thought everyone else found it easy. So, yoga and I didn’t quite understand each other at first.

Then, during a challenging period in my life, I rediscovered it, thinking, „What do I have to lose? I’ll give it another try.” It was then that I began to appreciate the physical and mental challenges offered by the practice.

Yoga changed my life.

Walking this path, I decided to share everything yoga has given me with others by becoming a yoga teacher. I completed my training in English and had the privilege of learning from teachers from India. Yoga Alliance I am an RYT 500–certified yoga teacher and a member of the Hungarian Yoga Teachers’ Association. I believe deeply in lifelong learning and see myself as a long-term, committed practitioner, which is why I continue to develop my understanding of yoga in a conscious and consistent way.

In my classes, I aim for a holistic approach, so the practice engages not only your body, but also your mind, energy, attention, soul, and heart.

Believe me, you don’t have to be incredibly flexible, and you don’t need to excel in the most spectacular poses to be a fantastic yogi. Everyone’s body is unique and capable of different things, so it’s entirely unnecessary to compare yourself to others or the flashy photos you see on social media.

I hope that after my classes, you’ll leave with a smile and a good feeling. , Perhaps, you’ll also experience the magic that yoga can bring to your life. Whether you’re just getting to know the world of yoga or returning to it, I warmly welcome you to my yoga classes in the heart of Buda!

Yoga & Me

In my early teenage years.

Out of curiosity. It was not love at first sight, even though I tried several times. Then, in 2020, during a difficult period in my life, I needed something that could strengthen and support me. That was when I truly found my way back to yoga, and it became a deep and lasting connection.

I could write pages about it, but briefly: health, harmony, a way of life, unity, connection, and community.

Camatkarasana, also known as Wild Thing. I consider it my favorite because it beautifully combines the thrill of challenge with the joy of playfulness. As the pose opens the chest and the heart center while still requiring stability and strength, I experience myself as both strong and vulnerable at the same time.

Letting go of competition with myself, and practicing patience when certain aspects of my practice do not unfold the way I would like them to.

Be patient with yourself. You will not be perfect right away—and that is not the goal. Begin with simple postures; this is often the easiest way to get to know yoga, and everything else will unfold naturally, in the rhythm that suits you. If something does not feel right, do not be afraid to modify or adjust the practice so it serves you. You may not immediately find the right teacher for you, but do not give up—try different classes and styles. Yoga is not what you see on social media. 🙂 Start small, trust that even the smallest steps can have a profound impact on your life. And remember: it is never too late to begin.
